Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods: All International shipping is done through a highly reliable Ukrainian Post Service (Nova Post is also available for customers in Ukraine). A tracking number is assigned to every parcel which may be tracked online via most of the standard services
2. Processing Time: Once your order is placed, I'll do my best to try to process and ship it within 1-2 business days. Please note that because of the war in Ukraine processing time may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. On average, international orders may take 7-14 business days.
